Terms of use

NearBite provides restaurant discovery and editorial information. It is not the restaurant, booking provider or delivery service.

Restaurant information

Menus, prices, opening hours, dietary information and halal status can change. Check important requirements directly with the restaurant before travelling or ordering.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and providing accurate registration information. Do not use the service to abuse, scrape or interfere with NearBite or other users.

Bookings and purchases

Bookings, orders and payments completed through another provider are governed by that provider's terms. NearBite is not responsible for restaurant availability, food preparation or fulfilment.

Reviews and corrections

Submitted information must be honest, lawful and based on genuine experience or authority. NearBite may remove submissions or accounts that undermine the service.

Restaurant management

Claiming and listing a restaurant is free. You may request restaurant access only when you are authorised to act for that business. Evidence and submitted details must be accurate, lawful and must not infringe another person's rights.

Restaurant access does not give you a right to publish directly or control NearBite's editorial judgement. NearBite reviews claims, listing changes and team access, may request more information, and may reject, correct, suspend or revoke access to protect diners and the integrity of the service.

You give NearBite permission to store, review, edit and publish the restaurant information you submit for the purpose of operating the directory. You retain ownership of material you own and may withdraw an unresolved request through the restaurant portal.
